FoPs
St John the Baptist PTA - Friends of Pebmarsh School - is a charitable organisation run by volunteer parents and families of the school.
We are here to raise money to help our lovely school fund bigger projects or fun extras that budgets just don’t allow. We help subsidise the Christmas Panto trip, donated £1,400 towards the new Infant classroom, buy art supplies, new laptops, Times Tables Rockstar subscription, Forest school supplies and much more.
We also put on a calendar of events, some to raise money and some as a way of bringing families together at school. These include a Summer Fair, Movie Nights, School Discos, Christmas Fair/Market, and Jubilee/Coronation Afternoon tea.
We usually raise approximately £5,000 a year.
FoPS relies on the kindness of people helping and joining in. We are always looking for new ideas and volunteers.

Easy Fundraising
Please spread the word to family and friends to download the free App, set up an account for yourself and add Pebmarsh School PTA as your charity. Every time you purchase Electricals, a holiday or even your weekly shop, do it via the App. It costs you NOTHING but we get a % of your spend as a donation.
My Nametags
We have an arrangement with My Nametags, who create fun, personalised iron or stick on labels for school items. They pay us a percentage (24%) of every order you make. Go to their website (www.mynametags.com) and quote St John’s school ID 32109 when placing your order (the name of school won’t work).
Donations
You can make a donation to support our school by using our Just Giving page (link coming soon). All money will go to support key focus for the year.
Being part of FoPS is a great way to meet other parents and help provide some of the fun ‘extras’ for the children, but don’t take my word for it. This is what some of our volunteers have said:
